Vegetarian Cuisine

Vegetarian cuisine is one of our strengths, based on dishes that are both sophisticated and simple at the same time, and always made from the best raw ingredients that can be found, in most cases coming from our very own vegetable garden, here we grow – depending on the season –, tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots, lettuce, onions, garlic, eggplant, potatoes, zucchini, arugula, radishes, artichokes, beans, strawberries, etc.

Any of these may be used to create the vegetarian dishes that we make, such as:

- Veggie roll

- Zucchini, pumpkin, or eggplant soufflé

- Spinach or Swiss chard empanadas with cheese

- Stuffed peppers

- Eggplant with cheese

- Stuffed zucchini

- Vegetable pie

- Scrambled eggs with sautéed vegetables

- Breaded artichokes with tomato sauce

- Seasonal salad

- Our house pancakes made with chickpea flour

- Etc

We stock our kitchen with fresh ingredients from our organic vegetable garden. We are always willing and more than happy to give any of our guests a tour of the garden, which offers the best proof that what we do is 100% ecologically, responsible y sustainable.

We take into account the rotation and association of crops, the biodiversity of flowering plants, water-saving measures, the use of our own composted material as fertilizer, etc.

So if you’re vegetarian, you can be assured that you’ll have no trouble finding dishes to enjoy at our restaurant. And even if you aren’t, surely you too will take equal delight in these offerings.
